These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tidy Load website, customer account, and laundry pickup and delivery services.
By accessing or using the Tidy Load website, creating an account, scheduling service, or using our laundry pickup and delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
Tidy Load provides residential laundry pickup, laundering, folding, and delivery services for customers located within our active service area. Service availability may be limited by geography, capacity, route scheduling, weather, holidays, operational constraints, or other business considerations.
You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up for service. You are responsible for maintaining current account information, including your name, mobile number, address, payment information, detergent preferences, and any service instructions.
Customer account access may be provided through a one-time passcode sent by text message to the mobile number associated with the account. You are responsible for maintaining control over that mobile number and for all activity associated with access to your account.
Tidy Load currently serves select areas, including Oviedo, Winter Springs, and Chuluota. Submission of a sign-up request does not guarantee acceptance into service. We reserve the right to approve, deny, pause, or discontinue service in any area or for any customer account based on route fit, operational capacity, safety, payment history, serviceability, or other business reasons.
Some customers may be enrolled in recurring weekly service with reserved pickup and delivery dates. Customers are responsible for making laundry available for pickup in accordance with service instructions and scheduled service dates.
We may change route schedules, service dates, pickup windows, or delivery timing as reasonably necessary for business operations, weather events, holidays, staffing, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing is based on the service plan selected by the customer. Each plan may include a stated amount of laundry weight, and any weight above the included amount may be billed at the applicable additional-pound rate for that plan.
Laundry weight is determined by Tidy Load after drying. By using the service, you agree that post-dry weight is the controlling weight for pricing purposes.
By signing up for service, you authorize Tidy Load to store or use a valid payment method for charges related to your account, including recurring service charges, one-time service charges, overage charges for additional weight, split wash fees, approved service-related charges, and other amounts properly due under your selected service plan or account settings.
Weekly customers may be charged their base weekly service fee before pickup, and any additional charges, including charges for weight above the included amount, may be processed after laundering, weighing, and before delivery.
If a charge is declined or a payment method fails, we may suspend or cancel service until the account is brought current. You remain responsible for all authorized charges associated with your account.
Customers may be allowed to select from available detergent options, such as hypoallergenic, unscented, or regular scented detergent. Detergent preferences may be selected during sign-up and may be updated later through the customer account if that functionality is available.
Requests to split one order into separate washes, including but not limited to the use of different detergent types for different portions of the same order, may be subject to an additional fee. Current fees, if applicable, will be posted on the website or communicated as part of the service setup.
You agree not to submit items that are unsafe, prohibited, excessively soiled beyond normal household use, contaminated with hazardous materials, infested, or otherwise unsuitable for standard residential laundry service.

Tidy Load will use reasonable care in handling customer laundry, but we are not responsible for damage resulting from normal laundering processes, manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, fading, weak seams, prior damage, or inaccurate or missing care instructions.
We strongly recommend that customers do not include high-value, delicate, irreplaceable, dry-clean-only, hand-wash-only, or specialty items unless Tidy Load has expressly agreed to accept them.
Any claim regarding missing or damaged items must be reported promptly after delivery. Failure to report an issue within a reasonable time may limit our ability to investigate and may result in denial of the claim.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable pickup and delivery access. Tidy Load may decline, delay, or cancel pickup or delivery where access is unsafe, blocked, unclear, unlawful, or otherwise impractical.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, weather exposure, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with the customer’s selected or authorized delivery instructions.
You agree not to misuse the website, customer login system, OTP verification process, contact forms, or any other part of the service. You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
By providing your mobile number and using the service, you agree that Tidy Load may send you service-related text messages, including login codes, account notices, scheduling messages, and service communications. Separate consent terms may apply for marketing or promotional messages where required by law.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. You are responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to the website, customer account, or laundry service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for nonpayment, abuse of service, repeated failed payments, suspected fraud, unsafe conditions, operational constraints, or violation of these Terms.
Customers may stop using the service at any time, but remain responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective.
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy Load disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, exact pickup or delivery times, or error-free operation of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy Load shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Tidy Load for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Tidy Load for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tidy Load and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of prohibited, dangerous, or improperly described items.
Your use of the website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy will control with respect to those matters.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless another effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
