What detergent options do you offer?
We offer hypoallergenic, unscented, and regular scented detergent options. Customers can choose their detergent preference during the sign-up process, and preferences can also be updated later by logging into the website.
Can I update my detergent preference after signing up?
Yes. Your detergent preference can be selected during sign-up, and it can also be changed later through your account after logging into the website.
When is laundry weighed?
Laundry is weighed after drying. If the final dry weight is above the amount included in your plan, the additional weight is charged to the card on file.
How do charges work for additional weight?
Each plan includes a set amount of laundry. After your laundry is washed, dried, and weighed, any amount over the included weight is billed to the card on file using the additional-pound rate for your selected plan.
How are weekly customers billed?
Weekly customers are charged $39 the day before their scheduled pickup date. If the clean dry weight goes over the included amount, the additional weight charge is processed after weighing and before delivery.
Do I need a card on file?
Yes. The card on file is used for scheduled service charges as well as any additional approved charges, such as extra weight beyond the included amount.

Yes. Tidy Load is a local family-owned business, and customers can reach us by phone or email if they have questions. We are not built around app-only support.
