Our main focus is recurring laundry service for busy households, but we also offer flexible options for customers who want to try the service first or prepay and save.
Your standard order includes one wash load for up to 20 pounds. Laundry that needs to be separated into multiple wash loads is always handled as a split-load service. This includes requests such as separating by color, family member, fabric type, or detergent preference. Since each separate load requires its own wash process, additional loads are billed as split-load add-ons.
Air-dry items must be placed in a separate inner bag or mesh bag so they can be identified correctly. Air dry service has a minimum charge, includes up to 5 items, and adds 1 extra day to turnaround, making it a 2-day turnaround service instead of next day.
Every order includes 1 load up to 20 lbs. If an order weighs more than 20 lbs, the extra-weight rate for that plan applies only to the pounds over 20.
A couple on the Weekly Service plan sends in 1 load weighing 18 lbs.
A family on the Pay as You Go plan sends in 2 loads weighing 24 lbs.
