This policy explains how Tidy Load bills for scheduled service, additional laundry weight, and approved extra services using the payment method on file.
Customers are required to maintain a valid payment method on file in order to use Tidy Load service. By signing up for service, you authorize Tidy Load to charge the card on file for your scheduled service charges and any additional authorized charges associated with your order.
The base price for your scheduled service is charged to the card on file the day before service. This base charge applies to the service plan selected for your account, including recurring weekly service or other approved service arrangements.
Tidy Load pricing includes a stated amount of laundry weight depending on your selected plan. After your laundry is received, processed, and weighed, any weight above the included amount will be charged to the card on file at the applicable additional-pound rate for your plan.
Laundry is weighed after drying, and that post-dry weight is used for billing purposes.
If you request additional services that carry an added charge, those charges may also be billed to the card on file. This includes services such as a split wash, where one order is separated into multiple loads based on your request, including different detergent preferences within the same order.

By using the service and maintaining a card on file, you authorize Tidy Load to process follow-up charges related to the same order when those charges result from actual laundry weight above the included amount or from additional services you requested.
If a charge is declined, reversed, or otherwise fails, Tidy Load may pause, reschedule, delay, or cancel service until the payment issue is resolved and the account is brought current. Customers remain responsible for all valid charges associated with completed or scheduled service.
Customers are responsible for keeping a current and valid payment method on file and for reviewing the pricing and included weight associated with their selected plan. Customers are also responsible for requesting any desired service changes or additional services through the available account tools or customer support channels.
Tidy Load may update this Billing & Card on File Policy from time to time. Any updates become effective when posted on this page unless another effective date is stated.
